Dear Friends and Partners,

As the year gently comes to a close, it feels like the right moment to pause — to reflect on what we have lived together, and to look ahead with gratitude and hope.

This past year was marked by growth, movement, and meaningful encounters. We welcomed new colleagues into the o.d.s.tur.key family, strengthening our team not only in numbers, but in spirit, energy, and diversity of perspectives. Each new face brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and commitment — reminding us that people are always at the heart of everything we do.

Throughout the year, we found ourselves on the road often — meeting friends, partners, and clients across international fairs, exhibitions, and industry gatherings. From long-standing global platforms to more intimate encounters, these moments allowed us to stay connected, exchange ideas, and continue shaping conversations beyond individual projects.

It was also a year of important milestones. We embraced change by moving forward into a new chapter, celebrated recognitions that reflect our values — from sustainability and social responsibility to workplace culture — and felt proud to see our efforts acknowledged both locally and internationally. These recognitions matter to us not as trophies, but as confirmation that how we work is just as important as what we deliver.

This year also marked a very personal milestone for me, as I was entrusted with the role of President of SITE Global — a responsibility I accepted with humility and a strong sense of service to our global industry community.

Beyond our professional world, this year reminded us of the importance of giving back. Standing together for causes close to our hearts — whether supporting health, solidarity, or search and rescue efforts — reinforced our belief that responsibility and compassion should always walk alongside success.

None of this would have been possible without the people who walk this journey with us every day: our dedicated team, our trusted partners, and all of you who place your confidence in us. For that trust, openness, and shared commitment, we are deeply thankful.

As we step into a new year, we do so with humility and excitement — ready for new destinations, new stories, and new opportunities to create moments that bring people closer together.

I would like to close with words from Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî, whose wisdom feels especially meaningful at this time of reflection:
