Each year we evaluate and support a selection of Turkish local and regional non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Why? Because we feel the responsibility.
We support NGOs in four fields: women, education, health and animals. Each year, a certain percentage of our profit is allocated to our selected causes. As our customer, you get to say which project you would ODS want to support, and we will divide our aid accordingly.
Our social responsibility funds are taken from our internal budgets and not invoiced to our customers. However, you always have a chance of contributing yourself should you find the cause worthy of support.

Quick and accurate 24-hours emergency support
Continuous risk analysis is part of standard procedure. Moreover, ODS Turkey only uses suppliers that meet the health and safety requirements stated by law.
In case of an emergency, our operations team is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Senior managers cover the out of office hours carrying an emergency phone. A chain reporting system ensures all parties get updated and involved rapidly. Moreover, all team members are in possession of an action chart listing numbers of emergency services and insurance partners.
In a situation where time is critical, ODS Turkey acts quickly, independently and accurately, while keeping all parties informed.
Comprehensive insurance coverage
ODS Turkey and its suppliers carry comprehensive insurance coverage. Our current coverage is 1.5 million USD, which is the maximum possible.
