The most fun boss ever! He can motivate the entire team out from anywhere during his endless travels worldwide.
Haydar Kıray
Haydar, the latest addition to our family, arrived with 30 years of industry experience, especially in the German-speaking Markets. As a gourmet, he knows well how to spice up events and to offer even the most ordinary exceptionally by his touch. There are rumors that Hasan feels relieved that he is no longer the only one having challenges with the hair distribution in his body.
Levent Gürsoy
This smiling man deserves to be the MacGyver of this new era by fixing each and every broken thing in the office (including any software application) while undertaking any incentive at the same time.
Evren Ertan
Does anyone say "detail-oriented"? Then we are talking about him!
With a passion for criticizing any details, Evren is the person who is looking for the perfect match for any brief. At the end of his concentrated work, the ideal incentive proposal occurs.
Yelena Güngör
Mother of a handsome boy under her teenage look. Capable of handling more than one project at a time. We believe her patience and "endless energy of talking" are the source of her success in the intensive incentive market of the CIS region.
Burcu Eroğlu

Umut Pak
Umut continues his career never losing his passion for the travel industry since 2002. He also has extensive knowledge about multiple countries thanks to mastering outgoing operations. While he encourages solution-driven thinking in operations, also, he fills the office with his cheerfulness.
Edis Sakic
Edis is the project mastermind with a dash of witty remarks! He has an exceptional ability to turn "Mission Impossible" into "Mission Accomplished,". Deadlines fear him, and obstacles run away in terror.
Zeynep Altunışık
Reunited and delighted! Our long-time industry veteran, with roots dating back to '89, has returned to our team! The guardian of Paşa, our motivation manager at ODSTurkey, back in the fold once more.
Şevket Çelik
Meet Şevket, with 33 years of tourism experience and having tasted the famous flavors of all 81 provinces. He brings unique experiences to your incentive groups with his calm and composed demeanor, successfully managing any situation.
Serhat Bilgiç
With 15+ years of global experience, Serhat excels in detail-oriented tasks and empathetic service. His 4-year stay in Ecuador deepened his understanding of South American cultures. Beyond work, he enjoys cooking, loves cats, writes poetry, and is fascinated by ancient civilizations.
Bünyamin Todiroi
A.K.A Benjamin. His hunger in learning new languages and cultures never lasts. With his friendly approach and his talent for languages, there is no one that he can not get along with. He can switch the channel in four languages easily; Spanish, Romanian, Turkish, and English as fluently.
